Let me preface by saying that when it comes to New Year’s Eve, I turn into a grumpy old man who would rather stay at home than brave the crowds to spend hundreds of dollars to get wasted off cheap champagne and have some 22-year-old girl vomit all over my suit as the ball drops.

Call me crazy.
